Professional Experience:
Real estate appraiser and consultant since 2003, working throughout Virginia. Valuation assignments include core property types, i.e., retail, office, industrial, and land, with a strong emphasis on subdivision acquisition and development work. Mr. Barber has consulted on or been the lead developer on three residential subdivisions in rural Virginia since January 2007. He has appraised numerous rural subdivisions throughout the Commonwealth of Virginia, and performed feasibility studies on over 50 tracts comprising nearly 10,000 acres in Fluvanna County since 2006.

Professional Experience:
Mr. Snipes has over 11 years of experience in sales and marketing. Previous experience includes managing 150 agents in a residential brokerage office for Keller Williams Realty, one of the top national franchise groups. He also was Marketing Manager for The History Channel in New York overseeing several national advertising assignments. He owns and operates Snipes Preferred Properties, a boutique real estate brokerage firm.
