area. Barber | Snipes is nearing completion on the subdivision
of the property into three residential building lots ranging

HELL'S
BEND , 4 "estate" lots and a 160-acre
development tract
Located in central Fluvanna County, this timber tract was
purchased by a Richmond investor. Barber | Snipes consulted
on the subdivision of the property into four residential
building lots ranging from 9 to 16 acres in size. The balance
of the property is an "exempt" residual lot which

a timber thinning of the property to cover 100% of the development
costs without impairing the aesthetic or monetary worth
